New roof & modernisation in Cooden Drive, Bexhill
This large house full of character and charm in Cooden Drive needed a new
roof and modernisation, which could enable to the customers to enjoy more space
and modern finishes.
The old roof tiles were removed and replaced with reclaimed tiles to fully suit the style and age of the property. Inside large chimney stacks where removed throughout the house, giving more space and a more modern and up to date look and feel. We also designed and installed two new bathrooms, one en-suite, and new doors throughout the house and whilst introducing some of the latest innovations in finishes, including double glazing panels with integral blinds (blinds fitted inside double glazing units) and of course Jacuzzi baths with relaxing lights. This property has retained its wonderful charm, whilst also enjoying modern up to date finishing touches.
